Bedrooms available in double or twin style with deluxe bathrooms featuring bath, shower and some with en-suite. A perfect choice for short or long stays, business or pleasure. Our 1 Bedroom apartments can sleep max of 3 people and the 2 Bedroom apartments can sleep max of 5 people. All bedding and toweling is provided along with welcome packs with lifes essentials provided on arrival. All apartments are serviced weekly for stays 7+ nights,Southside Complex is in the City Centre within walking distance to New Street Station, the famous Bull Ring shopping Centre and exclusive designer hot spot The Mail Box with good transport links easily accessible.All apartments are strictly Non Smoking Only.Secure car parking is available on request at rate of £11 per space per night.Please be advised your credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. At present we cannot accept debit cards (Switch/Solo/ Maestro/Laser). However cash payments may be accepted on arrival with cash deposits only for security.Security Desposits of £250.00 per apartment booked will be required upon check in.Check in will be at the nearby Arc Apartments at the Arcadian Centre, Hurst Street.
